Heavy surfaces, honest scope
Industrial exterior work here covers facility facades and block walls, concrete aprons and equipment pads, loading dock areas, yard hard surfaces, and hot water degreasing where grease and hydraulic film have built up. Uniform surface cleaning keeps large concrete areas looking maintained rather than patchworked.
Industrial sites also have systems and surfaces that belong to specialty trades, and I scope honestly around them. What I commit to in writing is what I am equipped to do well, and anything outside that gets flagged on the walk, not discovered on the invoice. That straight-scope approach is why facility managers keep me on the vendor list.
Straight answers
The questions I actually get, answered the way I answer them on the phone.
Can you work around our operating hours?
Yes, including early mornings and weekends. I am open 7 days, and industrial work is often best scheduled when the yard is quiet.
Do you provide documentation for our records?
Yes: written scope before, COI on file, and a photo report after each visit for your compliance or maintenance records.
