Why your house never gets high pressure
Stucco is a cement skin with hairline detail, and most Florida exteriors are painted. Hit either with high pressure and you chase paint chips around the yard, drive water behind the wall, and leave wand marks that show forever. The growth is organic, so the fix is chemical: a house-wash mix applied at low pressure kills mildew and algae at the root, then everything rinses clean.
That includes the details a rushed crew skips: soffits, fascia lines, entryways, and the mud daubers and spider webs around light fixtures. Windows get rinsed before anything can dry on the glass. Plants below the work get wet before, during, and after so the mix never sits on them.

Will house washing damage my stucco or paint?
Not with this method. The pressure is about what a garden hose delivers; the cleaning solution does the work. High pressure is what damages stucco and paint, which is exactly why it never touches your walls on my jobs.
What about my plants and my pets?
Landscaping gets pre-wet and rinsed throughout, and I will tell you when treated areas are rinsed and safe. Keep pets inside during the wash and they are fine.
How often does a Florida house need washing?
Most homes here want a wash roughly every year or two. Shaded sides, sprinkler overspray, and heavy tree cover shorten that. I will give you an honest read on your house, not a subscription pitch.
