Clean Rite serves New Tampa and North Tampa, the 33647 and 33612 areas, including the communities around Pebble Creek. This is northern Hillsborough, but from Green Willow Run it is a straight shot down Bruce B. Downs Boulevard, which is why New Tampa homeowners get Wesley Chapel-grade scheduling instead of being the far end of some Tampa company's route.

Working in New Tampa
The New Tampa housing stock is nearly ideal for what I do: master-planned communities from the nineties and two-thousands with mature landscaping, tile roofs due for soft washing, paver driveways and entries a couple of sand cycles past their prime, and screened pool decks in constant service. Travertine shows up here more than anywhere else I work, and it gets the stone-specific treatment: penetrating sealer, pH-neutral chemistry, no film-formers, no high pressure, and absolutely no epoxy grout in the joints.

Straight answers
The questions I actually get, answered the way I answer them on the phone.
You are based in Pasco. Is New Tampa really in range?
It is one of my closest areas. Bruce B. Downs runs almost directly from my base into 33647, and New Tampa jobs schedule as easily as Wesley Chapel ones. The Google profile lists it because I actually work it.
Do you handle HOA work in the 33647 communities?
Yes, common areas, amenity centers, community sidewalks, and paver assets, with the COI and documentation boards expect. See HOA common area cleaning.
