FAQ
How often should you schedule pressure washing services for your property?
At Clean Rite Pressure Washing and Paver Sealing, we recommend scheduling pressure washing services for your property at least once a year, depending on your location and usage. In areas with high humidity and rainfall, such as Tampa Bay, you may need more frequent cleanings to prevent mildew and algae buildup on your outdoor surfaces. We can evaluate your property’s needs and suggest a maintenance plan that fits your budget and schedule.
Can paver sealing help protect your outdoor surfaces from the harsh Florida weather?
Absolutely! Paver sealing is one of the most effective ways to protect your outdoor surfaces from the harsh Florida weather, such as UV rays, heat, humidity, and rain. By applying a high-quality sealer, we can stabilize paver joints, fading, and discoloration, and enhance the natural beauty of your pavers or concrete. Our team can recommend the right type of sealer for your specific surface and environment.
How do you prepare your property for pressure washing and paver sealing?
Before we begin pressure washing or paver sealing your property, we will ask you to remove any outdoor furniture, plants, or other items from the areas to be serviced. We also recommend closing all windows and doors and covering any delicate items or electronics to protect them from water and debris. Our team will provide more detailed instructions and answer any questions you may have before the job.

At Clean Rite Pressure Washing and Paver Sealing, we use professional-grade equipment and techniques that minimize the risk of damage to your property or landscaping. Do you offer a warranty or guarantee on your pressure washing and paver sealing services?
There is no warranty on pressure washing however there is satisfaction guaranteed.
For Paver Sealing: In short no. The reason is we found out during the supply chain shortages that other manufacturers were using cheaper raw products in their sealers and didn’t stand behind their “one year warranty” we were stuck resealing several projects that were ours and our competitors, this is when we switched to SEK/Trident. We learned that if they run out of a raw material they take that particular sealer out of production until they have the right materials, their products and customer service are the best in the industry hands down, we have built a great relationship with SEK/Trident and are Master Certified. We also know that most homeowners do not perform any maintenance after their pavers are sealed, from poor drainage, weeds to spilling chemicals on the deck and not washing it off, we simply can’t warrant these issues. Please understand that the joint stabilizing sealers do not stop weeds 100%, we will go over this and proper maintenance when estimating your project. Although we don’t offer warranties if any issues arise, we are a phone call away. We offer the best process and products in the industry and that’s what sets us apart from the other companies. We want our clients to call us for repeat services so we do everything we can to provide excellent customer service.
Can pressure washing and paver sealing improve the curb appeal and value of my property?
Absolutely! Pressure washing and paver sealing can enhance the curb appeal, safety, and value of your property by removing unsightly stains, grime, and dirt, and protecting your surfaces from damage and premature aging. Whether you’re planning to sell your property or just want to enjoy it more, our services can help you achieve your goals.
