Finish choice matters most on patios
Nowhere is the natural-versus-enhanced decision more personal than a patio. Some homeowners want that deep, rich, wet-look color under the pergola; others want the stone to read dry and natural like it was never touched. I carry both finishes, Trident Cat 5 for enhancement and Cyclone for the natural matte, and I will show you what each does on YOUR pavers before you commit, not after.
The process underneath is the same as every surface I seal: wash, old sand out, real drying time, SEK ASTM-C144 re-sand, then the seal. Screened lanai patios get the screen walls and floor handled with their own appropriate methods on the same visit when you want the whole space done at once.

Straight answers
The questions I actually get, answered the way I answer them on the phone.
Sealed patio pavers get hot?
Sealing does not meaningfully change surface temperature; paver color and sun exposure set that. What it changes is how the surface sheds spills, mildew, and stains from planters and grills.
Can you seal around my outdoor kitchen and furniture?
Yes. Fixed features get worked around cleanly and furniture gets moved and returned. Grease staining near the grill is treated in the wash stage before sealing locks anything in.
How soon after a new patio install can it be sealed?
New pavers should weather long enough for efflorescence to work out, typically a few months. Sealing too early traps those mineral salts under the film. If your patio is new, I will give you an honest timeline rather than a rushed job.
